![]() ![]() I recently answered one of them in the related thread, so I’ll post what I said here: I have absolutely no idea what functionality you are looking for (asynchronous? multi-client? etc.). ![]() I think I could provide your actual example that I used, but I got dozens of them until I found it simple enough to make just about any try, and I can’t find the one I used. Personally, whenever I try to implement the resulting model without analysis, it _always_ comes back to me. Of course, you don’t need to be familiar with all the basics, or think tcpListener works, but at least knowing what each line of directives actually does in the broader sense is always a great help. My advice is to look for the simplest example of the simplest potential client/server project you can find, and you should analyze all the code in that project until you figure out what almost everything does and get started. net with async (in my case too), whatever happens to it. I have exactly the same switch as an individual and was so confused that I tried passing (more natural but less powerful) methods with dataarrival/socketArray vb6 to solidand tcpListener.
